Peter Dennison is a native Austinite. After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in economics, Peter moved to American Samoa in the South Pacific where he worked for a local bank as an internal auditor and spent his leisure time racing Hobie 14 catamarans, snorkeling and scuba diving. Two years and one hurricane later he decided it was time to come back home. Back in Austin, he realized that the real estate market was once again begining to thrive. Peter received his real estate license in February 1993 and immediately went to work at Keller Williams Realty. After selling for a little over a year, he was asked to serve as the Office Manager helping to run and build Austin's #1 real estate office. In his capacity as Office Manager, Peter helped literally hundreds of real estate agents build their careers as well as consulted with them on resolving numerous issues and problems they encountered with their transactions. He has personally reviewed close to one billion dollars in real estate transactions in the last five and a half years. In September 1999, Peter returned to serving as a real estate agent.
